We do this through programs and consulting.
1- Our program, Impact Incubator Immersion (I.I.I.), is its own division of TCAhub. It serves as a bridge between innovators, founders and CEOs and their respective impact capital partners.
What’s happening, right now, is that there’s a huge transfer of wealth from the baby boomer generation to the millennials, and the millennials really want to invest their money differently. In particular, investing in the types of models that create measurable impact which we are in service to at TCAhub. The process that I.I.I. takes entrepreneurs through, helps impact funds and impact investment groups to streamline their operations with a pre-diligence process that provides a consistent standard such that it would be easily adopted by new funds. TCAhub is exactly where millennials want to invest. Therefore the I.I.I. platform is really a trusted source for prevented impact deal flow for impact investors in general.
2- Another Branch of TCAhub is the consulting services:
- We have Financial Services such as fractional CFO, financial models, packaging up companies for a raise, pitch decks, etc. When applicants don’t fit in the I.I.I. program model, we may recommend to them the consulting service at TCAhub.
The Growth Services. Having used many systems over the years we found that we had our best results using the Entrepreneurial Operating System, EOS. to support our clients who are focusing on traction. The EOS Model uses 6 Key Components (Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, Traction), along with its own tools to help our clients move from their current state to transform their performance through the consistent use of a simple set of effective tools resulting in being 80% strong or better
Leadership Facilitation is specifically geared towards C Suite executives who either want to increase their ability to create powerful results in their company or realize that leadership skills begin with a high level of self mastery and energy management.

3- Soft Skill Programs and resources:
Business Satsang:
We are excited about creating a platform where impact founders and CEOs can join the conversation about the evolution, well-being, wealth and stewardship of the true impact change agent at a much deeper level than what the mainstream narrative even touches. Business Satsang is all about impact transparency and cuts through the giant billboard of manipulation so we start to have an authentic voice, as change agents that connect with other pioneers and leaders in their respective places, and the various powerful and authentic voices in the impact space.
TCAhub Community App:
This is currently in development for I.I.I. participant and will then be open to everyone. TCAhub model of community and resource partners represents an entirely new architecture. It offers up a completely different palette of tools and abilities than the current technology is built in, which is built for centralization and therefore control. With the collaboration of our partner Coventina Foundation and Holo Chain, our platform is the total antithesis of that. It’s built for distributed architecture. That is a whole division of TCAhub, that includes an entire ecosystem on an online distributed platform.
