I was born and raised in France to a family of entrepreneurs and I am passionate about personal and spiritual growth. I love working with, leading, and inspiring teams to excellence. My experience has shown me the greatest business improvements come from a combination of knowledge, strategy, and massive inspired action toward the objective. I am passionate about working with leaders to create executable strategies using the many skills and tools I’ve acquired, including an innate ability to see what others don’t see. I have a very pragmatic way of shifting people and situations which are not optimal and this pragmatism has  given me the reputation of being a go-to-person to resolve problems or challenges that arise in the pursuit of excellence.

 

I have spent over a decade facilitating business mindset trainings and strategy consulting along with running my own international marketing firm. I love supporting leaders and entrepreneurs to develop their abilities in finding ways where no one else can.

As Albert Einstein said: “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.” With 15 years of mid-size business consulting mentoring, I’ve developed the ability to lift an entire team out of that problem-stuck frequency and help direct them to some cutting-edge and outside-the-box tools and solutions that brings the best out of every team member to create the most effective solution.

I have frequently held positions of CFO and COO. During my 25-year career numerous companies have achieved successful funding and exit events in great part to my approach to financial modeling, organizational and capital structuring. I have been the lead in many of these company’s fund-raising negotiations as a CFO, fractional-CFO or financial consultant. During my career, I have built detailed financial models for over 50 companies of varying sizes across multiple industries, have been the CFO or contract-CFO of 10 organizations and continues to be an ongoing advisor to a many of the companies I have worked with.

 

My journey creating financial models fostered a deeper interest in economics and the underlying challenges in building and sustaining vibrant living economies. This growing curiosity bore fruit with the development the Holonomic Perspective and has become the foundational set of principles that guide my creations and my collaborative efforts on birthing generative models in the marketplace today.

 

As an entrepreneur, I am currently integrating the Holonomic Perspective into a revolutionary business model to serve evolutionary entrepreneurs and impact investors at The Change Agent Hub, Inc.. Previously, I was founding partner and CFO of EcoMedia (acquired by CBS Corporation in 2010 – http://ecomedia.cbs.com) were I helped structure $29MM in start-up and early stage capital and developed a model to fund large-scale environmental initiatives at no cost to the taxpayer. Before this I served as Managing Director for the asset management firms of Adams O’Connell, Inc. and Morgan Adams, Inc. which had 200 entities and over $600MM under management including a Venture Capital group.

 

I founded Integrated Management Consulting (IMC) in 2007 to serve and counsel executives and companies in business mastery principles. As a part of IMC, I have served as contract- or fractional-CFO at several companies. Additionally, I learned the deeper values of customer service in my early career in specialty retail management and buying at Saks Fifth Avenue, Parisian, and Nordstrom before a five-year stint with Blockbuster Entertainment as a corporate trainer and financial analyst that culminated in their acquisition by Viacom and subsequent buyout of Paramount Pictures. I hold an MBA in Finance and BBA in Management and Marketing. I am the father of two amazing boys, has a daily yoga and meditation practice, and enjoys trail running, hiking, and dancing.​​​​​​​

For over 30 years, I have helped a wide range of clients achieve their business goals. I have worked with companies ranging from Silicon Valley tech start-ups to local Minnesota businesses to Fortune 500 companies.  

 

Through his expertise in corporate financing, gained from over 200 private placements and several public offerings, I am adept at helping clients plan, negotiate and close successful financings. Through my long experience with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, employee buy-outs and sales of businesses, I can help businesses grow through a planned acquisition strategy, and just as easily can help a business owner plan, execute and achieve a successful exit.

 

​​​​​​​In my non-business life, I work with non-profit organizations.  For over 25 years, I have helped raise funds for the Bön Children’s Home in Dolanji, India, a home for Tibetan refugee children. I am currently President of the Yeru Bon Center, a nonprofit organization that provides help for these refugees.

As a single mother, I am passionate about raising my 11 year old son consciously and playing with our 6 dogs of all sizes and species, in our beautiful yard, filled with fruit trees, vegetables and medicinal plants.
